RDR2 Can't change character appearance - Loading Screen. Rockstar is a 2nd rate game company and will never be more than that. They've had plenty of chances to change their ways. Never expect Rockstar to make a game that actually works.

Rockstar has a real problem with reaching for the stars and falling flat on their @ss. Loading times in RDR2 is like watching dial-up internet.
